'I never got to hold her': ICE detains DACA recipient on way to visit his baby in NICU

12 days after his youngest daughter was born prematurely, Juan Chavez Velasco was on his way to deliver milk to her hospital room, when immigration agents pulled in front of his car. He says he told the agents he had DACA and they told him "that doesn't matter."
